Join Penn State’s Clinical and Translational Science Institute on Thursday, April 20 for its monthly Translational Topics @ 12 webinar with Max Crowley, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Human Development and Family Studies, College of Health and Human Development and Taylor Scott, Ph.D., Edna Bennett Prevention Research Center for “Practical Skills for Translating Research for Policymakers.”

In this webinar, the Research-to-Policy Collaboration approach for engaging congressional offices will be presented, practical skills and lessons learned for translating research for staff will be described. Opportunities for discussion about how to contact congressional offices, build productive relationships with legislative staff and support evidence-based policymaking will be provided.
