May 8, 2017

Join members of the CTSI’s Informatics Team on Friday, May 19 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the University Park Campus, Noll 127 for an interactive discussion on “Integrative Analysis of Clinical, Biomedical, Socio-economic, Environmental and Behavioral Data: Exploring the Challenges and Opportunities.”

The CTSI Informatics team will share plan for developing data access and use policy, compliant modular, extensible, reproducible, workflows, tools and secure computational infrastructure for assembly of data sets of clinical, biomedical, behavioral, environmental and other contextual data to support predictive modeling of individual and population health outcomes.

The goal of the event is to bring together researchers from University Park and Hershey to discuss the challenges and opportunities they face in research informatics. Attendees are encouraged to bring ideas that would enhance their research, share what type of data they would like access to and what that access should look like to help inform the next steps on this important topic.
